The Peace Vase — Ping An in Every Moment
Ping an (平安) — peace and safety — is the most fundamental wish in Chinese and Vietnamese culture, the blessing given before journeys, at New Year, and in every sincere wish for a loved one’s wellbeing. The vase (hu, 壶) sounds like “protection” and has held symbolic meaning for thousands of years — a vessel that contains and preserves what is most precious. Together, the peace vase is a wish that life itself remains contained in safety, that all its precious moments are protected, that peace accompanies every step. Handcrafted in the ancient Vietnamese sand gold tradition, this pendant carries that wish in every thread of gold.
The most universal gift of care and protection — for anyone you wish peace, safety, and the quiet abundance of a life free from harm.
